Creating a Healthy Mental and Emotional Sense of Well-Being 6-Week Online LIve Workshop
What If you were able to empower yourself to learn the power of the mind, how to create changes with the natural ability to feel good, and you started feeling more confident, and in charge of your mental and emotional world?
Are you feeling lost, alone, maybe living in emotional turmoil, and you don't know what to do about it?
My name is Miranda Sullivan and I remember feeling that way.
Well, in fact I ended up in the hospital several years back, because I felt alone, lost, depressed, overrun with grief and the prescription drugs I was put on and the way I was thinking created emotional turmoil.
When I got out, I decided to change. I was going to do whatever it took to get more in charge of my mental and emotional world, and create a life that I loved. I was going to be happy, and fulfilled. I was done with my old way of being. I attended a workshop and it changed my life.
I learned important information about how the mind works and tools and tecniques that I now want to share with you.

In this 6-week-long online workshop, we will:
- Delve into the power of the mind and learn how it can work in your favor.
- Have accountability for 6 weeks, learn new tools, and create a path of well-being.
- Goal Setting and how to follow through on those goals.
- Have an opportunity to see how quick changes can happen by using the power of the mind.
- Meet other like minded people that want to focus on a healthy sense of well-being.
- You will learn how the art of FEFT and how it can benefit you.
If you are looking to:
- Gain tools to help yourself when you get triggered and help yourself get into a better state of well-being.
- Create a better sense of well-being from within.
- Start changing patterns and beliefs to create a healthier, happier life with a sense of well-being.
What Each Thursday Will Look Like:
Each event for the 6 weeks we will pull someone up to work on them, while the rest of us work-along /Tap as a group for 2 hours on Thursdays at 7:30 CST on 9/21, 9/28, 10/5, 10/12, 10/19, 10/26.
I will work on at least 1 person or more at each event. I will work on as many people as the time allows in these 2 hours for these 6 weeks.
- We will also learn more about the mind and how it works.
- What you can do to help yourself to let go and transform those past events that are affecting you that are creating the turmoil in you.
