Create a Healthy Mindset to Heal Your Body

We are all creatures of habit and much of that comes from what is stored in the subconscious and the way that we are thinking and creating in our lives...It's a learning that can be unlearned/reprogrammed for healthier and happier results. 

We are who we are because of our experiences both good and bad and in this 6-week class we will be delving into the subconscious mind and helping ourselves become re-wired for a healthy state of mind, and that helps create a healthy body. 

What if you could identify emotional programs that are related to your health, and self-worth..and or learn how to work/have work done on you related to incidents that have happened in your life that could be contributing to the pain that is held in your body?

Medical research estimates that as much as 90% of illness is stress-related.  Learning this system, can not only help you change and transform those stressors in your life, by looking at them in a different way and bringing down the response but also work on stress-related memories, trauma, hurts of the past..and even grief can help you work through what is going on in the moment and help you be in the present. 

We will also be delving into the books "The Secret Language of Your Body" by Inna Segal and "Metaphysical Anatomy" by Yvette Rose to help find the emotional drivers of what is being created in the mind. 

What You will get out of the class:

1. We always start the class by setting intentions and goals with the class. (initial paperwork)

2. You will learn how to work with/continue to work with this system to help yourself get the results that you desire. 

3. Learn tools to help reduce and calm stress. 

4. Creating a roadmap of what to do and working on what is in your way (in the mind) of reaching your goals.

A Little More About Miranda Sullivan Advanced Level 4 eutaptics Faster EFT Practitioner and Coach. 

When I started using this modality I was in a place of being out of emotional control. I didn't know how to help myself and this was the answer for me, along with a regular healthy diet and exercise. I had gone the counseling route, EMDR, and Reiki, I had tried many modalities. They helped, but I didn't get the results I wanted. I didn't understand the power of what was held in the subconscious mind and what could be done about it. Because I have transformed and worked on so many things from the past, I can make better decisions for myself, I have tools to help me with everyday life and I have transformed my mental and emotional world. I'm living more of my authentic self by doing this work and I enjoy life, much more than I ever knew how to. Not a lot of other things have changed, I still live in an apartment, I love music and my friends, and still have the same family, but I changed from within and that makes my whole world better. I had been on 16 years of anxiety medications after my son passed away, then went on to create IBS because of the stress I put myself under and was having a hard time digesting life. I was having issues of reoccurring yeast infections, and adrenal fatigue and was just down and out depressed and overrun with grief. I was unable to care for myself in a happy and healthy way. I am so grateful all of that is gone and the digestive issues are getting better and better as I use these tools to help care for my mental and emotional state. 

Classes are held via Zoom in the comfort and safety of your own home. 

Wednesday nights 6:30 pm to 9:00 pm CST and Starts Sept 11 and goes through Oct 16th.
